Deliveries are sent via a UPS owned delivery service. The delivery drivers are not employed by DFW Raw Dog Food.

Orders without frozen products may ship USPS or UPS.

UPS Frozen Shipping

Outside our local delivery area? Frozen shipments are packed in a high-performance 1.5" thick insulated cooler with coolant and shipped via UPS.

Frozen orders are usually shipped out Monday through Wednesday to prevent spoilage due to unforeseen delivery delays.

Frozen orders are typically shipped out the same day if ordered before 12 PM Central Time if there is enough transit time to deliver before the weekend.
