With our frozen local delivery shipments, you can choose the delivery date and time. You will receive real-time tracking, confirmation photo, and text updates along the way, so you'll know exactly when your order will arrive.

Same day delivery available Mon-Fri and next day on weekends.

Order cutoff is 2 hours prior to delivery window start. Example: Order by 7am to select the 9am-1pm delivery option.

Deliveries are sent via a UPS owned delivery service. The delivery drivers are not employed by DFW Raw Dog Food.
Local Delivery Exclusions:
Bulks Chews & Treats - Shipped UPS only.
Orders without frozen products may ship USPS or UPS.

UPS Frozen Shipping

Outside our local delivery area? Frozen shipments are carefully packed in a high-performance 1.5" thick insulated cooler with coolant and shipped via UPS.

Frozen orders are typically shipped Monday-Wednesday to reduce the risk of spoilage caused by unexpected carrier delays going into the weekend.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time are usually shipped the same day, provided there is enough transit time for delivery before the weekend with a buffer day.

For best results, we recommend selecting 1- or 2-day shipping at checkout. While many shipments arrive safely within 3 days, we cannot guarantee product integrity beyond 3 days in transit.
